This site describes MailShogun, an SMTP relay and sending API for transactional email.

terms of service.

Access to this site is free of charge. By using it you agree to do so lawfully, not to take actions that could damage, overload or disrupt its normal operation, and not to try to reach areas or data that are not yours.
